Welcome Debriefing with Stress Relief

This stress debriefing will provide an appropriate forum for those exposed to a very stressful event or series of events. These experiences can be intensified by stresses such as long travel and entering the United States, coming to a large conference in another culture/language, re-entering the US following missionary service, being separated from family, leaving behind chaotic or violent circumstances at home, etc.
The debriefing is designed to provide awareness of the range of normal reactions to stress, to safely process our reactions, to share helpful coping techniques for re-establishing a sense of well-being and to receive the peace of Jesus that will allow maximum benefit from the New Wineskins Conference. Note: Please arrive on time and courteously plan to stay until the debriefing is over. Debriefings are NOT investigations, critiques or group therapy.
