Christian faculty and staff have the opportunity to serve in one of the largest and most influential mission fields today. They can minister in either religious or secular institutions and they can be on the undergraduate and graduate level. A professor/lecturer can be in any field found in an academic setting. Because of the future roles students may have, Christian faculty and staff can have a huge influence on their communities, nations, and the world.

Reasons to Attend this Pre-Conference:

• Catch a fresh vision of the academic world is a strategic setting for missions

• Listen to the stories and testimonies of current academic missionaries

• Encourage one another in our current or future ministries as academic missionaries

• Build a network of global academics who can share the “tools of the trade”

• Provide a space for anyone considering academic careers in any field of study

• Include a time of prayer and fellowship for those involved in or are considering

academic missions

Activities include a group session, a time of prayer and a shared meal!

Note: Be sure to add the extra nights of housing and meals to your Ridgecrest reservation for the
New Wineskins Conference. You can do so by
